It was really incredibly beautiful 4-star hotel as stated in the description. Booked a room with lovely views, and the staff were pleasant and perfectly fine people that went the extra mile for me including lending me a personal charger that belonged to a staff member. The breakfast was warm, the check in was quick. I really enjoyed 1 night in this property.
Their breakfast was very poor.

This hotel was an excellent place for a wedding. the property's location was secluded, in the beautiful Surrey hills. - the hotel was located 2 miles away from a spring-fed lake.

Breakfasts were satisfactory.
The location was good, in the temporary reception area which was cramped. We were given en suite, neat room with 2 single beds.

The hotel rooms were large with an excellent view, reasonably priced. The setting was stunning and incredible, very close to the beautiful Newlands Corner, the Outskirts, and Surrey at cricket.
As for me, the area was quite dirty.

A very nice and quiet hotel. Very friendly staff. . Spa and pool good, two saunas. Very clean. Rooms are large enough and functionally furnished. Great ambience. We felt very comfortable.
In the pool area there could be a few more sun beds available. Since it is a very old house, it is a little bit blocked. But it also has its charms. Sorry, no elevator.

Very positive, friendly staff. Good breakfast. Lovely grounds.
Room 44 : one half of double bed ok , other half dreadful. My partner hardly slept at all.... needs replacing. We visit many hotels and the bed was the worst we have experienced!

rooms newly renovated, quiet location
Somewhat far away from restaurants, etc. Pool was usable, but optically a construction site, which existed already for some time and seemed to be interrupted. Three cameras in the pool area make you wonder about sense and purpose.
